Starling City

Business District

The business district in Starling is home to much of the city's industrial area, though parts of it are in better repair than others. The more affluent business side includes the newly renamed Palmer Industries and the Plaza Hotel. Mr. Queen, in an attempt to revitalize the seedier part of the business district, opened Verdant, a trendy nightclub.

The Glades

Much of the Glades were ravaged during the quake caused by Merlyn, but there are areas that have been repaired enough to make them livable. Rising from the dust is Poison, a seedier nightclub, where one shouldn't be surprised to run into a rough crowd.

Central City

Lawrence Hills

The hills is the industrial area of Central City. Due to housing S.T.A.R. Labs, areas of the hills are in better states than others. Luckily, the hospital is still running, seemingly unaffected by the blast. Also having withstood the blast is the local zoo.

Englewood

Being the residential hub of Central City, Englewood is where most of the citizens call home. There is a housing development with varying levels of houses, a vast apartment complex and an older style, historic hotel.

The center is where the citizens of Central City go when they want some entertainment. Whether the citizen is looking for something with more educational purposes like the museum or something a bit more materialistic like the mall; it can be found in the center.

The south side of Central City is the informational hub of the city. The university educates the youth, the tribune informs the masses, and the police attempt to keep all citizens safe (though they do need help frequently).
