Meet Floyd Lawton, better known to the criminal community as 'Deadshot'. Oh, and that's also the name Interpol etc. would know him as. He used to be a high profile, very-expensive assassin. These days, he's a bit more low-key about his business, given that he escaped A.R.G.U.S. and is currently hiding out... In Central City. And the occasional foray into Starling. [break][break]

He's currently busy collecting evidence on Amanda Waller's questionable practices, as well as getting the word out that he's potentially available again for jobs... To the right people, he's none too eager to run into the Arrow just yet ~~theoretically, anyway xD~~ [break][break]

Ideally, I'd like him to have at least some friends. He's not the most social of guys, nor is he really completely sane and well, but he'd be a loyal friend to have ~~so long as nobody paid him to kill you~~ and he's resourceful. Besides, everybody needs at least one friend, right? Furthermore he needs enemies, which is basically everyone not criminal, what with his own hitman-status. Love's not really a priority; while he does't care for gender, he's not one for romance (demi-romantic) and technically he's still married and he has a kid.
